About Enrollment
Our interest list (waitlist) is set up according to our ability to meet the needs of the community based on many variables. This being the case, we ask that your initial contact be by email with the following information:
- Name
- Name of Child
- Child’s Date of Birth
- Potty-Trained/Not Potty-Trained
- Desired Days
- Full or Half Days
- Desired Start Date
- Phone Number
- Referred by (if applicable)
We will confirm we received your email (which serves as your interest list date), as well as check if your needs meet the same criteria as any space that may be available. If all lines up, we can schedule a tour, which is by appointment only.
Things to consider:
- If the criteria do not align: (example: you need Mondays and Fridays, and we only have Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
- We ask that you check in with us using this same email, depending upon your desired start date.
- If you are seeking childcare within a month or two, you can check in biweekly to see if any space has become available.
- If you are seeking a later start date, you can check in 2 months prior to that date.
- There is no top of the list or chronological order to our list. Some people may get in who contacted us last month because they are ready to enroll now, while others who’ve been on the list for a long time may not get in because their start date doesn’t line up with availability. (example: a family who gets on the interest list in January seeking a summer start date will miss out on any openings that become available in the Spring)
- Checking in with us will be the key to getting in.
